How I credit my account?

You can credit your account when you’re logged in, by clicking on your email address, tab “Credit”. You can choose from a selection of direct access credit packs which you pay for straightaway with your credit card. For customized offers, please contact us.

How I delete my account?

You can delete your account by logging into your account page and clicking on the button to delete this account. You will then be disconnected from the service and your account will be deleted. You will receive an email confirming the deletion of your account. IDCHECK.IO however, reserves the right to retain your email address in order to avoid the creation of a new account using the same address.

I’ve lost my password

If you’ve lost your password, go to the password reset page accessible below the account log-in fields. You will then have to enter your email address. An email will then be sent so you can reset your password. No password has been created if you signed up using LinkedIn, Facebook or Google+ provider so there is no way to reset your password.

Can I change my password?

You can change your password either by logging into your account, or by resetting it if you lose it. If you want to change your password by accessing your account, please log in, by clicking on your email address (in the top right), and go to page “Your account”. You then simply enter your old password along with the new password you have selected. No password has been created if you signed up using LinkedIn, Facebook or Google+ provider so there is no way to change password.

How do I create my account?

Creating your account is very simple. Go here and enter your email and a password, or choose to log in with one click via your Google, Facebook or LinkedIn account. An email confirming the creation of your IDCheck.io account will be sent to you.
